Overview : The Regional Manager - Consumer Direct Sales plays a critical role in bringing the TDS consumer value proposition directly to customers across the Boise, Idaho region and surrounding Treasure Valley and Out of Territory markets. You’ll provide strategic and day to day leadership for Consumer Direct Sales teams, partner and referral programs, and third party contractors, while driving market share across a diverse mix of urban, suburban, and rapidly expanding residential areas. The ability to effectively lead remote, field based teams and stay closely connected to local market dynamics is essential.

You will own performance for your region end to end-managing revenue and expense budgets, shaping compelling offers, and ensuring strong execution in the field. A key measure of success will be your ability to hire, develop, and coach high performing sales leaders and frontline teams who represent the TDS brand with integrity and professionalism throughout the Boise and greater Treasure Valley area.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage existing direct sales teams driving activity and delivering sales results from door knocking, partner/referrals, property owner MDU partnerships, local event participation and potential partnership with external door to door vendor to ensure region meets/exceeds sales targets.
  • Recruit, Develop and Retain a team of sales supervisors and Direct Sales Reps that deliver a best-in-class customer experience by using a consultative sales approach during each interaction and selling TDS’ entire suite of products based upon the customer assessment. Data, Voice, TDS TV+, TDS Mobile Service, Internet Security, Etc. Utilizes data to identify opportunities and strengths validated by hands on observation and activity in the field with the team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing teams to develop strategies and promotional programs in support of overall sales channel goals.

Qualifications : Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience.
  • Must be able to travel a minimum of 20% annually.

Position Summary: The Field Canvassing Team Lead is responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of Field Canvassers to build Leaf Home brand awareness in pre-selected high-probability neighborhoods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up.
  • Identify, schedule, and plan route calendar (including evenings and weekends) for team of Field Canvassers in assigned territory.
  • Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer lead generation.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers and create accountability through established marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Manage permit requirements in assigned territories to ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing for direct-to-consumer industry.
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing, canvassing, and/or event staff.

Overview:

The Supervisor, Inside Sales leads and directs the Inside Sales team, ensuring efficient operations, strong customer relationships, and revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role supports the sales team in achieving performance goals and enhances the customer experience through leadership and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Accountability

  • Set individual sales quotas, track performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics and sales targets.
  • Win, grow, and retain books of business.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize efficiency and revenue
    generation.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide daily oversight, coaching, and mentorship to inside sales account executives.
  • Hire, train, and develop inside sales team members, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Facilitate ongoing training programs for Account Executives to enhance their ability to consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Monitor and assess sales calls, conducting regular coaching sessions for continuous

Operational & Process Management

  • Manage call flow within the Call Management System, ensuring proper operational coverage.
  • Monitor team workflows and implement strategies to improve efficiency in managing pipelines, account retention, and lead conversion.
  • Maintain accuracy of all sales data entered into CRM and sales systems.
  • Oversee and approve timecard entries for the team.
  • Provide weekend/holiday coverage as necessary.

Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as an escalation point for customer concerns while ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to retain and expand existing accounts.
  • Resolve pricing and sales-related challenges in collaboration with leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to optimize asset availability and sales fulfillment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION

Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE

3 years of sales experience.

2 years of supervisory experience in call center/inside sales field.

The Inside Sales Account Executive is responsible for owning, retaining, and growing a defined $2M+ book of business while proactively developing new accounts within target markets.
