Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective customers using established sales methodology to educate, consult, inform, and sell!

Develop a rapport and conversation with the customer to facilitate one visit close

Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to.
