Basic Qualifications:

General program information and/or position overview. Leidos is hiring a SME Oracle APEX Developer on the ESA V program.  ESA V is an IT applications and infrastructure services program supporting several customers within the Department of Justice (DOJ).  The program provides a range of IT services, including software application support, enterprise infrastructure support, service desk, ITSM, deskside support, workstation engineering and maintenance, telecommunications and mobility engineering services, managed print services, Active Directory services, and video conferencing. The ideal candidate will be personable and articulate and will focus on making sure that the customer’s needs are met quickly and effectively.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision.  Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interface with customers to understand requirements and mission needs and then be able to translate them into actions.

Primary Responsibilities. Work at the direction of the program manager to support the full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications, primarily using the Oracle APEX toolset.

The Homeland Sector within Leidos is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer Team Lead, with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development. In this role the candidate will support the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP). In this hands-on position, you will work collaboratively to architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real-time systems. You will exercise your judgment in determining and recommending the best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines and other resource constraints. You will participate in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing. Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience in the Information Technology field

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework, preferably Angular
• Experience with, or knowledge of, the Spring Framework and RESTful services and SQL, ORM libraries such as Hibernate/JPA
