Issue, document, track, and collaborate with project teams to close nonconformance reports (NCRs); analyze trends to identify recurring issues.
Conduct corrective action verification audits for nonconforming work.
Training, Coaching & Collaboration
Train and coach QA Specialists and internal project staff on effective quality integration within daily workflows.
Facilitate quality-focused communication with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and external partners to proactively prevent issues.
Collaborate with Black Box program leaders and client/GC representatives to integrate applicable quality requirements into both Black Box QMS and customer quality programs.
Documentation, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Partner with subject matter experts to develop technical installation standards, procedures, and quality documentation.
Develop, maintain, and deploy quality tools that reinforce a strong quality culture across the jobsite.
Generate and analyze quality data and metrics to measure performance, assess risk, and support informed decision-making.
Ensure quality standards, processes, and updates are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

Overview
We are looking for an experienced and certified Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Technician - Level II to join our inspection team. This role requires a professional with strong technical skills to perform and interpret ultrasonic testing in accordance with industry standards.
