Technician Level I - Entry-Level Technician
Role:
Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and testing under supervision
Assist senior technicians with routine calibrations and repairs
Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Learn company processes, equipment, and documentation systems
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely
Basic computer skills
Technician Level II - Intermediate Technician
Role:
Independently perform calibrations, repairs, and equipment testing
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
Maintain accurate records and complete job documentation
Support training and mentoring of Level I technicians
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant technical experience or equivalent training
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of calibration tools and electronic/mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technician Level III - Senior Technician
Role:
Lead complex calibrations, repairs, and troubleshooting for specialized equipment
Manage onsite projects and communicate status to customers and management
Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Assist with process improvements and technical training programs
Qualifications:
4+ years of technical experience in calibration, repair, or related fields
Advanced knowledge of test equipment and industry standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
