We are seeking experienced professionals to contribute their expertise through structured documentation, the creation of domain-specific screening criteria, and the development of high-quality case studies.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of full-time professional experience in network or systems administration.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with server management, network security, and cloud infrastructure.
Remote Readiness: Access to a computer with stable internet; proficiency with remote tools (messaging, video calls, document sharing).
Location/Language: Fluent in English; currently residing in the United States or Canada.
Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and follow complex written instructions.
Preferred: Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AWS, or Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Expertise Sharing: Provide insights into your professional journey, technical specializations, and infrastructure experience.
Benchmarking: Help define field-specific evaluation criteria for IT hiring and technical assessments.
Case Studies: Document a substantial infrastructure project, system migration, or security implementation (including context, approach, challenges, and outcomes).
Collaboration: Participate in short feedback or calibration sessions as needed.
Rate: $60–$85 per hour (depending on expertise), plus bonuses for key contributions.
Structure: Begins with a paid trial period; payments issued bi-weekly based on tracked hours.
Flexibility: Fully remote and asynchronous-friendly; work at your own pace within flexible deadlines.
Location: Open to residents of the United States and Canada.
