Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Payroll Clerk to join our accounting team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the finance department, including managing vendor payments, customer invoicing, and employee payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Review, match, and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Prepare and issue vendor payments and customer billing statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding payments and payroll.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or payroll functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
