Head of Enterprise Account Management Responsibilities
  • Own long-term customer relationships and annual renewals
  • Lead renewal, save, and expansion conversations with senior marketing stakeholders
  • Analyze account engagement and usage data to proactively manage retention risk
  • Support customers with performance marketing strategy and execution
  • Build systems, workflows, and playbooks for account management from the ground up
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and customer success leadership
Head of Enterprise Account Management Requirements
  • Proven experience closing deals and managing commercial conversations
  • Deep expertise in digital or performance marketing
  • Background in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital agencies
  • Comfort operating in a startup environment with minimal structure
  • Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
Head of Enterprise Account Management Nice to Haves
  • Early-stage startup experience
  • Experience working directly with marketing teams on campaign execution
