Personal Lines Producer - Odessa, FL (In-Office)

Established independent insurance agency serving the Tampa Bay area is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing, relationship-focused team.

This is not a call center environment. We are looking for a producer who understands how to build and develop a book of business through referrals, community presence, and consultative selling.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and close new personal lines business (homeowners, auto, flood, umbrella)
• Develop referral relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and local professionals
• Work a mix of inbound marketing opportunities and self-generated leads
• Cross-sell and round out household accounts
• Educate clients on coverage options and Florida-specific exposures

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida 2-20 license preferred
• 3+ years personal lines production experience
• Independent agency background strongly preferred
• Multi-carrier quoting experience
• Proven ability to generate and close new business
• Knowledge of Florida homeowners and coastal market considerations
• Relationship-driven, self-starter mindset

Compensation & Growth

• $55,000 – $80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• Commission on new business
• Renewal commission participation
• Realistic Year 1 earning potential: $85K–$100K+
