We are seeking a driven Special Sections Sales Representative who thrives on prospecting and closing new business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build long-term client relationships while developing a recurring book of advertising business.

Special Sections Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of outbound or cold-calling sales experience; print or newspaper advertising experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses
• Strong tenure
• Hunter, go-getter who is comfortable making cold calls
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
• Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions

Must-haves:

• Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs
• Experience leveraging a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value
• Candidates must be able to commute to Tempe, AZ. This is NOT a remote position.
