Job Summary:
The Compliance & Contracts Coordinator is responsible for supporting contract administration, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight functions. This position ensures contractual obligations are reviewed, tracked, and fulfilled while maintaining compliance with federal and state safety regulations, including OSHA standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple compliance and administrative processes simultaneously. The ideal candidate performs high-quality work in a safe, efficient, and organized manner and is flexible in handling additional duties as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Administration
  • Review contract terms and conditions (T&Cs) and identify areas requiring revision or clarification.
  • Prepare contract review documentation for internal approval and sign-off.
  • Enter and track contract data across internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Develop and maintain compliance matrices for large contracts.
  • Ensure timely submission of administrative deliverables.
  • Provide status updates to management and customers regarding contract performance and deliverables.
  • Safety Compliance & Program Management
  • Coordinate and/or conduct safety inspections.
  • Draft and update safety procedures for new and existing equipment in compliance with federal and state OSHA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain and update written safety programs as regulations change.
  • Compile and maintain Safety Committee meeting minutes.
  • Track safety training requirements and notify management of refresher training needs.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment requiring safety training or authorization prior to use.
  • Conduct audits of written safety programs and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain safety tracking spreadsheets and compliance records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Provide administrative oversight for large contracts.
  • Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and shipping documentation.
  • Support miscellaneous written program maintenance and audits.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with an ERP
  • Experience with interpreting legal terminology
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Technical and legal reading and writing skills
  • Basic math competency
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay Range:

$30-35/hour
