Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Paralegal, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and revising various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal memos.
2. Ensuring legal compliance in all areas of the organization by conducting thorough research and analysis.
3. Reviewing and summarizing legal documents, including contracts and legal opinions.
4. Assisting in real estate transactions, including drafting contracts, conducting title searches, and coordinating closings.
5. Liaising with external legal counsel and other stakeholders on various legal matters.
6. Maintaining an organized and up-to-date legal filing system.
7. Assisting with the preparation of legal presentations and reports.
8. Providing support to the legal team in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Senior Paralegal position, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong background in legal document preparation, legal compliance, document review, and real estate law.
2. A bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of the legal principles and practices, as well as legal research techniques.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. A paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
