We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Assist customers with questions and recommendations + Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register + Maintain security of cash and protect company assets + Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise + Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards + Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders + High school diploma or equivalent is preferred + Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred + Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required + from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting + Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required + We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
