Autospecs Glass is a trusted provider of high-quality auto glass repair and replacement services. We work with dealerships, body shops, fleet managers, and insurance partners to deliver fast, reliable solutions that keep vehicles safe and on the road. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence and build strong relationships with local partners.

Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business relationships and maintaining existing accounts within their territory. This role focuses on building partnerships with automotive dealerships, collision centers, repair shops, and fleet operators to generate consistent referral business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business relationships with dealerships, body shops, and automotive service providers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Conduct in-person visits to businesses within the assigned territory
• Present Autospecs Glass services and value to potential partners
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service for customers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
