Job Summary We are seeking a Teller to join our team! As a Teller on the team, you will be responsible for assisting members with their credit union needs, which can include making deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and providing members with account information. You will also answer questions about the credit union and services provided, offer solutions to members facing issues with their accounts, and offer exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and can follow established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

• Assist members with everyday needs
• Follow all cash handling procedures and policies
• Cross sells Credit Union services when appropriate through interaction with members
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
