Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor – Clinical, Otology/Neurotology
The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery of LSU Health Sciences Center – New Orleans is actively seeking a candidate for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor (non-tenure, clinical track) fellowship trained in Otoloty/Neurotology to practice in Baton Rouge, LA.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing practice. Responsibilities include patient care, resident and medical student education, and the pursuit of clinical research. Extensive collaborative research opportunities are available. Our faculty team members enjoy liberal cross-coverage for weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities and share the benefit of subspecialty support in otology, laryngology, head and neck oncology, pediatric otolaryngology, and plastic/reconstructive surgery.
Salary and rank will be commensurate with the knowledge, education and experience of the individual.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education: MD or equivalent
Other Education if applicable: Fellowship trained in Otology/Neurotology
Certifications or Licenses Required: BC/BE (or equivalent) in Otolaryngology; Licensed practice medicine in Louisiana before date of hire
