As a Specialized Client Care Services Representative on the NRF team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service experiences by supporting clients and internal partners with more complex service needs. In this role, you will engage with clients and field representatives to resolve detailed policy and account inquiries, apply critical thinking to nuanced situations, and ensure accuracy across systems and processes.
