Job Title: Account Resolution Specialist

Shift:8:00AM- 5:00PM
Pay: $21-25/hr.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Account Resolutions Representative to support administrative, data entry, and mailroom operations within our clients Account Resolutions team. This role is responsible for processing customer correspondence, updating account information, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks related to collections administration. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform mailroom operations including sorting, logging, distributing, and preparing inbound and outbound mail (primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
- Manage queue-based work and update customer account information with a high level of accuracy.
- Update customer accounts for address changes and maintain compliance with internal policies.
- Process Wisconsin contracts and route documentation for further team review.
- Complete ACH processing tasks including verification, data entry, and document uploads.
- Support Account Resolutions Specialists by gathering documentation, preparing account information, and routing escalated cases.
- Assist the Collections team with compliance-related documentation including cure notices and intent-to-repossess letters.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records through scanning, indexing, and document organization.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and departmental queues, ensuring timely routing of requests.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite to manage and process records efficiently.
- Organize and prioritize workload effectively in a deadline-driven environment with fluctuating volume.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of administrative, data entry, or office support experience
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule
- Banking, financial services, or dealership experience
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- Notary certification (or willingness to obtain – sponsorship available)
