Senior Sales Executive – Construction / EPC / Industrial Staffing 100% Remote | U.S.-Based Base Salary + Uncapped Commission If you’ve sold staffing into major construction, EPC, or industrial accounts, we want to talk.All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.If you haven’t, this probably isn’t your role.CPS Com Tech is hiring a true agency-side sales hunter to drive new business in construction, industrial, and technical staffing.We are not looking for a generic salesperson, an internal recruiter, or someone who has only managed house accounts.We want someone who has worked for a staffing firm like CPS and knows how to open doors, win business, and grow accounts with large project-driven organizations — including companies similar to Bechtel, Fluor, Kiewit, Zachry, Turner, and other major contractors, EPC firms, and industrial employers.What this role is: A pure business development role for someone who knows the staffing industry, understands how large accounts buy, and can turn relationships into revenue.What this role is not: This is not for candidates coming only from internal HR, recruiting coordination, or non-staffing sales backgrounds.What you’ll do Hunt and close new business in construction, EPC, industrial, energy, and technical staffing Leverage existing relationships with major contractors, industrial clients, and project-based organizations Sell into large national accounts as well as mid-size and smaller firms Work with recruiting to deliver talent across skilled trades, industrial, engineering, and project support functions Negotiate rates, markups, contracts, and service agreements Build long-term revenue with clients that need speed, credibility, and consistent delivery What you need 3–5+ years of staffing agency sales experience Proven success selling staffing services into construction, EPC, industrial, engineering, energy, or heavy commercial clients Experience calling on companies similar to Bechtel-level organizations and other major project-based employers Strong business development instincts and a true hunter mentality Portable book xrczosw of business and active relationships strongly preferred Experience with enterprise accounts, national accounts, MSP/VMS, owner-direct, or project-based staffing is a major plus Must be based in the U.S.Why CPS Com Tech Uncapped commission Competitive base salary 100% remote Established staffing platform with recruiting and delivery support Longstanding brand with the infrastructure to help producers make money Bottom line If you’ve built business for a staffing firm and know how to sell into serious construction and industrial accounts, we want to hear from you.Apply with your resume and a brief summary of the major accounts, industries, and types of clients you’ve sold into.
