As part of the Information Technology (IT) & Digital Solutions department, you will play a central role in designing, implementing, and operating the cloud-native platforms that support our AI, data, and enterprise applications for clients across diverse industries. In this role, you will design and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure on leading public cloud platforms, using infrastructure-as-code and automation-first principles. You will engineer and refine CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid, reliable delivery of AI, data analytics, and application workloads, while ensuring strong quality, observability, and governance. You will work extensively with containers and Kubernetes to deploy and manage microservices-based architectures, implementing best practices in reliability, performance, and cost optimization. Working closely with AI engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and application development teams, you will translate business and technical requirements into robust platform designs that enable innovation at scale. You will implement comprehensive observability—logging, metrics, and tracing—alongside proactive monitoring and alerting to quickly detect, diagnose, and resolve issues across the stack. You will also apply DevSecOps and security best practices to safeguard environments through strong identity and access management, network controls, encryption, and secrets management. As a Platform Engineer at Vantor, you will contribute to our culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous learning by sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and helping standardize platform patterns and tooling. You will participate in incident response and post-incident reviews, continuously improving reliability and user experience. You will help shape platform roadmaps and reference architectures that support Vantor’s AI-driven solutions and digital transformation services, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and easy for product teams to adopt.
