Responsibilities for Sr. HR Coordinator include but are not limited to: Responsibilities for Sr. HR Coordinator Include but are not limited to: We are looking for a Business Testing professional to support internal HR clients (Benefits & Payroll). This role will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, focusing on requirement gathering, system support, and testing within Workday. Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for tech teams Support and enhance HR systems (mainly Workday) Create and execute test plans, test cases, and support UAT Manage tasks and track progress using Jira Participate in HR tech projects from requirement gathering to implementation Ensure systems deliver accurate data, reports, and dashboards Coordinate with stakeholders for system improvements and integrations Candidates for Sr. HR Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered: Bachelor's Degree 1+ year experience in HR / Benefits / Payroll 1+ year experience in technology projects or system-related roles Experience in testing (UAT, test cases, test scenarios) Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workday, Salesforce, or Kainos Background in Business Analysis / IT / Data Analytics Experience with Workday configuration or integrations Basic knowledge of VBA / scripting Exposure to AI tools for problem-solving Key Skills: Strong communication & stakeholder management Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What's in this Sr. HR Coordinator position for you?
