Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee multiple large, complex tech projects, managing scope, budget, timeline, and resources from start to finish. Strategy & Road mapping: Define technical direction, create roadmaps, and align technology solutions with business goals, often involving APIs, UCaaS, or core broadband tech (DOCSIS/Fiber). Team Collaboration: Lead engineering teams, mentor staff, foster innovation, and bridge gaps between engineering, product, and business units. Process Improvement: Drive improvements in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), operational maturity, and delivery processes (e.g., creating playbooks). Required Skills Required Skills: Experience: 5+ years in project/program management, often with 3+ years in leadership, in telecom, software, or related tech fields. Education: Bachelor's in CS or equivalent experience. PMP certification a plus.
