The Kleingers Group seeks a dynamic, energetic and team focused Human Resources Director to lead our HR team. This team focuses on providing a broad spectrum of HR services to all business units including team member relations, performance management, program rollouts and project management. The Human Resources Director works with each business unit to help develop talent solutions to meet business goals. The Role The primary objective of this role focuses on the development of a superior workforce, development of the Human Resources department and maintaining an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance. This includes, but is not limited to: Operations: Participate in the organization’s strategic planning process Maintain Human Resources budgets Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics Compliance: Review, develop and implement policies and procedures Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws, including affirmative action program and annual EEO-1 filing Demonstrate knowledge of labor-related laws, including affirmative action, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OSHA, labor practices, corrective action and termination proceedings as required. Benefits/Record Maintenance Build and maintain a strong working relationship with benefits broker. Coordinate the annual marker review for benefits and make recommendations to leadership. Direct the management of benefits, eligibility and enrollment. Employment/Employee Relations Partner with leadership to identify ongoing workforce needs. Assist with recruiting and staff development needs Review and revise job descriptions and perform job analyses. Coordinate recruitment and termination processes minimizing liability to the organization Consult with managers to help staff improve performance or conduct Coordinate and execute internal investigations objectively Qualifications If you have the following qualifications, please apply for consideration. BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or related field and ten years HR leadership experience or fifteen years’ experience in HR leadership/management A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element Knowledge of data analysis and reporting Experience with the entire life cycle of employment Management experience developing programs and systems Strong experience using a variety of technology (ATS, HRIS, MS Office, etc.) and social media Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to solve complex problems and deal with various concrete and abstract variables Ability to work well and effectively communicate with all individuals within and outside of the organization PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRMSCP preferred About The Kleingers Group The Kleingers Group provides design solutions for a wide range of public, private, institutional, and corporate clients.
