What You’ll Be Doing: Create and update AIA forms, invoicing documents, and other project specific documents. Download, organize, and distribute bid documents for the estimating team. Maintain spreadsheets, logs, and other project documents updated. Assist with accounts receivable, follow-ups on aging reports. Assist owners, project managers, and accounting with daily tasks. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of construction experience working in or around construction. Able to meet deadlines and handle several tasks at once. Familiarity with AIA invoicing and financial reconciliations. Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Detail-oriented, accurate, and well organized. Strong math skills (REQUIRED). General support to management teams. Added Skill Benefits: Able to do Perform takeoffs, review plans, break down quantities, and prepare accurate bids from start to finish. Comfortable reading blueprints and project specs. Experience with PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff is a plus.
