As a High Needs Case Manager (HNCM), you will facilitate the Child and Family Team (CFT) process and lead strategic planning for assigned youth and their families. In this role, you will bring together families, stakeholders, community partners, and support systems to develop strengths-based service plans designed to meet the unique needs of each youth and family. You will play a key role in supporting youth enrolled in the behavioral health system by ensuring services align with The Arizona Vision, which emphasizes collaboration with children and families to provide accessible behavioral health services that help youth succeed in school, live with their families, avoid delinquency, and grow into stable, productive adults. Your work will help ensure services are culturally responsive, family-centered, and delivered in the most appropriate setting and timeframe using best practices. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES Education/Background Meets Behavioral Health Technician criteria as defined in Office of Behavioral Health Licensing rules per the Arizona Administrative Code R9-20-204 and has: Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of full-time behavioral health work experience, or Associate degree and at least two years of full-time behavioral health work experience, or Over 5 years of full-time behavioral health work experience. Knowledge of community based behavioral health services preferred. Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under automobile insurance policy.
