Job Description The Network Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day health of network hardware, software platforms, and identity systems. This role manages the logical configurationssuch as IP addressing (IPAM), user accounts (Active Directory/SaaS), and virtualized environmentsthat allow services to flow securely to both the customer base and the internal enterprise. Qualifications Associates degree in information technology or related field is required Bachelors Degree in information technology or related field is preferred A minimum of 3 to 5 years information technology experience is required Proficiency in Network Infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper, LAN/WAN, GPON), Server Administration (Windows/Linux, Virtualization), and Security (Firewalls, DDoS mitigation). Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage tasks and time effectively Excellent communicator who collaborates effectively in fluent English, both in person and in writing. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Strong project management and planning skills, including the ability to coordinate work with other departments or organizations and to make meeting/conference arrangements Additional Information Whats in it for you!
