You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Metas products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology-first mindset are key as you will train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred. The ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary. Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial. Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts is required. Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
