As an Appointment Setter at Culligan Water, you will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities by scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, assess their water filtration needs, and set up meetings for our sales representatives. Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their water filtration needs and qualify them as leads. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar role. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
