Position Overview We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth, customer relationships, and team performance across our Arizona region. This role is ideal for a motivated sales leader who thrives on coaching teams, developing strategic customer partnerships, and driving profitable growth in a fast-paced distribution environment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll provide leadership and direction to regional sales teams while partnering closely with Operations leadership to improve overall business performance, customer retention, and operational execution. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and develop regional sales teams to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention. Partner with the Division Operations Manager to improve overall regional performance and operational alignment. Develop and execute regional sales strategies, annual sales plans, and growth initiatives aligned with company objectives. Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and accountability standards across the region. Coach, mentor, and support sales representatives to improve performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Conduct joint sales calls and direct selling activities with team members as needed. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer opportunities to identify areas for growth and improvement. Resolve customer and sales-related challenges at both a strategic and tactical level. Collaborate with operational and corporate teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. Prepare and present monthly regional performance reports and action plans to leadership. Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of top sales talent within the region. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular travel, branch visits, and strategic account meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety expectations.
