MEPPIs Critical Power Solutions Division (CPSD) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional development project teams to deliver solutions CPSD. Manage all aspects of technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, business objectives, and quality standards. What Youll Do Drive Project Success: Apply project management expertise to plan, organize, and execute projects from definition through completion, meeting scope, schedule, risk, and budget objectives. Foster Collaboration: Lead cross-functional development teams to ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones and deliverables. Manage Project Schedules: Develop and maintain project schedules using WBS and scheduling tools while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and status updates to management and stakeholders. Mitigate Risks Proactively: Identify and manage project risks, trade-offs, and resource constraints to ensure successful outcomes, and escalate critical risks to stakeholders when necessary. Promote a Positive Organizational Image: Further the goals and positive, professional image of the Division through effective dealings with customers and other internal departments and divisions. What You Bring Education/Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical project management. Skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with significant technical and budgetary impact. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, WBS, Risk Analysis, FMEA). Ability to work in multicultural environments with emphasis on Italian and Japanese cultures.
