Client Success Representative Job Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing a high volume of inbound calls while identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and client value Support licensed producers by processing policy changes and preparing accounts for remarketing and renewal conversations Deliver exceptional client service while proactively uncovering potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities Accurately enter and manage client data within quoting and CRM system Analyze policies and coverage details to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client needs Follow structured workflows while contributing ideas to improve efficiency and client experience Ideal candidates will possess the following: 0-2 years of Customer Service Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry, preferably in an independent agency. Active Property & Casualty license, or the aptitude and commitment to obtain licensure within the first 60 days of employment Demonstrates a strong interest in transitioning into a sales role, with a long-term career focus in the insurance industry Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze and review policies and contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client needs Client-centric mindset with the ability to confidently address concerns, provide guidance, and identify opportunities to enhance coverage and value Process-driven and disciplined in following established workflows, while also contributing thoughtful improvements to operational efficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with a diverse client base Well-organized with strong follow-through and a results-oriented approach to task completion Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Proficient in Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Able to adapt and learn new, web based, computer software programs.
