Proactively resolves issues and implements efficiencies in the rental vehicle contract. Provides analysis of reports and special studies on the rental vehicle contract, identifying potential issues and offering recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Develops and coordinates implementation strategies for problems assigned in accordance with federal, state, and department objectives. Reports all substantive issues regarding the rental vehicle contract and formulates monthly reports regarding same. Monitors, evaluates, and reports on the operational effectiveness of the rental vehicle contract, ensuring compliance with all contractual terms, policies, and regulations. Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position: Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis. Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document work flow and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices. Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials. Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities.
