In this role, you will be an objective adviser, facilitator, coach and consultant to management and employees, while ensuring HR programs and practices are executed successfully.

provide resources, training, feedback and development opportunities
Advise, coach and educate manager on all aspects of Human Resources practices including staffing, training, development, performance management and compliance
Partner with recruiters and hiring manager to forecast staffing needs
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal laws and Wegmans’ policies, procedures and practicesBachelors Degree or equivalent experience
~2 or more years of Human Resources experience
