Advise, coach and educate manager on all aspects of Human Resources practices including staffing, training, development, performance management and compliance
Partner with recruiters and hiring manager to forecast staffing needs
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal laws and Wegmans’ policies, procedures and practicesBachelors Degree or equivalent experience
