Your Responsibilities
Create and rollout employee engagement programs and initiatives including Corporate Social Responsibility
Develop and implement Great Place to Work action plans
Own the execution and success of domestic and global campaigns
Oversee regional Employee Engagement Specialist and Citizen of the World Ambassador teams
Management of employee recognition programs and annual awards
Promote site events through written articles and social media
Conduct audits to ensure charitable efforts align with processes
Manage budgets for monthly, quarterly and annual activities
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and possess a strong set of creative thinking skills
Able to facilitate group and team efforts on a wide variety of initiatives
Assist with other duties as required and requested by supervisor or other management staff

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year previous admin experience in high paced customer focused environment

To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process spe cia list to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need an experienced business process spe cia list like you who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.
As a business process spe cia list on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership, analysts, and support staff to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current f rus trations. You’ll design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using your keen expertise and knowledge to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
Using business process design thinking and continuous process improvement , you’ll provide your client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23-$31 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) We need your knowledge as an information security risk spe cia list to help break down complex threats into manageable plans of action.
As an information security risk spe cia list on our team, you’ll work with military leaders to discover their cyber risks, understand policies , and develop a mitigation plan. You’ll get technical, environmental, and personnel details from engineers to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you will lead your team to guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, whitepapers, and milestones. You’ll work on translating security concepts for your client so they can make the best decisions to secure their mission critical systems.
