Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. This role will oversee the global close process, strengthen financial controls, and drive automation and operational efficiencies across accounting workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and a mindset focused on leveraging modern financial systems, automation, and AI-driven tools to build scalable processes that support the company’s continued growth. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required. • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities; public accounting experience strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. • Experience working in high-growth technology or SaaS environments preferred. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and modern financial systems. • Experience with Coupa or similar procure-to-pay platforms preferred. • Familiarity with tools such as Shareworks (equity administration), Paylocity (payroll), or similar platforms is a plus. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis, with the ability to leverage data for insights and operational improvements. • Demonstrated experience automating and scaling accounting processes using technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • High level of accuracy, accountability, and ownership over deliverables. • This is an onsite/hybrid position working at our Redwood City, CA office. Reporting to the Supervisor of General Accounting, this role will mainly focus on payroll and inventory and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and month-end close process.
