Job Description:

The Requirements Verification and Validation (V&V) technical manager leads and directs experienced professionals working across multiple programs in requirements development and decomposition of space structures to host multiple types of payloads in support of critical missions. The Requirements V&V Technical manager will lead portfolio execution and workforce development through hiring, staffing, career and talent development, and positive engagement initiatives. They will manage the implementation of technical strategies and recommend operational plans that directly impact execution across their area of focus and the projects their team’s support.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide functional management for 20-30 engineers with Space Vehicle level requirements development and decomposition responsibilities
  • Provide engineering staffing and labor planning for programs, pursuits, and internal projects supporting RF-based space payloads and systems as well as fully integrated Space Vehicles carrying different types of payloads.
  • Lead training, talent development, engagement, retention, and overall management of the workforce, and provide coaching and leadership development for a direct staff of individual contributors
  • Meet program execution plans by working with your teams deployed across projects
  • Support pursuits and proposals in the business, including review/approval of technical proposals and Basis of Estimates (BOEs) as needed.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Experience directly managing employees in an integrated engineering organization.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. This position’s expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $118,200.00-$180,000.00

Job Description:
The Lead, Systems Engineer serves as a senior technical leader responsible for architecting mission concepts, defining system requirements, and developing CONOPS, use cases, and systems engineering artifacts across the full system lifecycle. The Difference You Make:

The Sr. Associate, Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving secure architecture across enterprise platforms, applications, and infrastructure within a regulated financial environment. Ensures alignment with policies and standards and regulatory mandates, aligning with our risk appetite and business objectives. This role operates at the intersection of security engineering, enterprise architecture, and regulatory compliance within a high-control financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct threat modeling, security design reviews, and lead cybersecurity architecture risk assessments (ISARs).
  • Define and maintain enterprise security architecture aligned to business strategy, policies and reference architecture for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
  • Embed security controls early in the project lifecycle under a “shift-left” model: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate risk into actionable design requirements.
  • Architect and oversee encryption strategies for data at rest, in transit, and in use including PKI, HSM and Certificate lifecycle processes (issuance, rotation, revocation, automation, PKI governance).
  • Establish cryptographic key management standards and oversee key custody models.
  • Ensure architectural compliance with regulatory and supervisory expectations.
  • Support regulatory examinations, audits, and control validation activities.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience: Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology Management, or equivalent field. - Required.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in architecture within financial services or similarly regulated industries.

  • Cyber Security experience preferred

  • Demonstrated experience operating in a shift-left security model embedded with development and business teams.

  • Deep expertise in encryption technologies, including:

    • PKI architecture and governance
    • HSM deployment and management
    • Certificate lifecycle automation
    • Key management systems (KMS)
    • TLS, mTLS, IPSec, and database encryption
  • Experience designing secure architectures in cloud environments (AWS mainly).

  • Proven experience conducting threat modeling and architecture risk assessments.

Demonstrated working knowledge of:

  • FFIEC IT Examination Handbook
  • GLBA Safeguards Rule
  • NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500
  • PCI-DSS
  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
