We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing - Loans Enablement to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Houston, TX.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • The Vice President, Client Processing plays a crucial role within the Transaction Processing function at BNY, ensuring the seamless execution of client transactions while upholding the organization’s commitment to operational excellence.
  • This role is pivotal in supporting BNY’s strategic pillars of client-centricity and operational efficiency by managing complex client processing tasks with precision and expertise.
  • The incumbent will exemplify BNY’s principles by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, thereby enhancing client trust and satisfaction.
  • Lead the execution of client transactions by applying advanced knowledge in transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transaction workflows, improving efficiency and reducing operational risks.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in client processing, providing guidance and training to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Monitor and analyze transaction processing metrics to identify trends and implement improvements, enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Engage with clients to resolve complex transaction-related issues, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Drive process innovation initiatives by leveraging industry best practices, ensuring BNY remains at the forefront of transaction processing excellence.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. - Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Typically 7-12 years of experience.
  • Prior hands-on syndicated loan experience, familiarity with loans servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex transaction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in transaction processing systems and a keen ability to leverage technology for process improvements.
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
  • Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Prepares and reviews accounting statements for complex funds on behalf of clients.
• Reviews work of junior team members and collaborates with auditors and clients to ensure statements are accurately produced and verified on a timely basis.
• Reviews balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, and statement of shareholders equity for the most complex funds to ensure reported numbers are reconciled.
• Drafts accounting statements and reports for more complex funds, incorporating fund calculations, for clients to review fund performance.
• Provides guidance on report structure and checks for completeness and accuracy of disclosure.
• Ensures financial reports meet Corporate and applicable regulatory standards and advises team on process changes needed to ensure compliance with new standards.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.

This is a field-based position, supporting Abbott’s Vascular division. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President and Counsel to join our Wealth Legal team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Providing legal advice to the various business areas that offer trust and fiduciary administration for high-net-worth individuals and their families.
  • Offering practical and commercially sensible legal advice and solutions, while fostering an environment of effective risk mitigation.
  • Delivering proactive legal, regulatory, and general risk management advice and support and the ability to spot and address issues early and effectively

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Juris Doctor or equivalent with license to practice in at least one state
  • A minimum of 5 years’ practice and relevant experience in trusts and estates including sophisticated fiduciary administration.
  • Fiduciary litigation and in-house experience in a similar role are pluses.
