Regional Performance Manager Security Operations Center Summary: The Regional Performance Manager will oversee operations across multiple Security Operations Centers (SOC) locations, ensuring seamless staffing, performance, and compliance. This position will interface with Senior Management, Recruiter(s), Scheduling Staff, and key clients to foster strong relationships. Job Description
HII is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team supporting the Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces (COMUSFLTFORCOM) Berthing and Messing Program, which operates duty crew berthing barges that provide essential living and working spaces for crews during ship overhaul and repair periods.
Essential Job Responsibilities
As a Welder, you will perform organizational-level (O Level) maintenance and repairs to maintain and restore metal components aboard berthing barges. Core duties include:
• Maintain, repair, fabricate, and replace metal components for barges and installed equipment.
• Perform welding tasks on light, heavy gauge, and hardened metals using flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions.
• Apply welding processes including preheating, brazing, bead welding, tack welding, flame cutting, pressure welding, and heat treating.
• Provide adequate fire watch and fire extinguishing equipment during welding operations; comply with NAVSEA and OSHA hot work standards.
• Inform COR/ACOR prior to any welding, burning, or open flame work and obtain required approvals.
• Work to be completed in meets OEM specifications, NAVSEA Standard Items, and safety requirements.

Physical Requirements

Able to work on and climb ladders, work in extreme temperature environments, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces. Able to perform other duties as required which may involve high heat, humidity, noise and dirty conditions, working aloft or over the sides of vessels. May ride ships at sea for extended periods. May require wearing a respirator. Must consistently wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, safety boots, fall protection) and follow program safety training/briefings. There will be 10 % Periodic travel to Kittery, ME and Hampton Roads, VA for site inspections and coordination.

The Opportunity
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for all BD activities and strategy development to drive US Navy services support growth. The position will pursue new opportunities in the areas of mission support; systems engineering and integration of C5ISR systems; communications in contested areas; cyber security, cloud, resiliency to support multi-domain and distributed operation in contested environment. Experience in platform and Systems Sustainment, Modernization, Global Logistics, Logistics Support Systems, Mission Software, and AI/ML applied predictive readiness solutions is highly desired.
BDM will develop and execute the marketing and BD strategy in support of our Navy account. The position will be the creative and trusted agent of the Division Management and Functional Management to drive a culture of innovation and capture excellence. Responsible for the customer call plans. The candidate must thrive in an environment where they are responsible for the management and execution of the full BD life-cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals. HII is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team supporting the Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces (COMUSFLTFORCOM) Berthing and Messing Program, which operates duty crew berthing barges that provide essential living and working spaces for crews during ship overhaul and repair periods.
Essential Job Responsibilities
As a Welder, you will perform organizational-level (O Level) maintenance and repairs to maintain and restore metal components aboard berthing barges. Core duties include:
• Maintain, repair, fabricate, and replace metal components for barges and installed equipment.
• Perform welding tasks on light, heavy gauge, and hardened metals using flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions.
• Apply welding processes including preheating, brazing, bead welding, tack welding, flame cutting, pressure welding, and heat treating.
• Provide adequate fire watch and fire extinguishing equipment during welding operations; comply with NAVSEA and OSHA hot work standards.
• Inform COR/ACOR prior to any welding, burning, or open flame work and obtain required approvals.

Responsible for administering established credit policies and procedures, managing accounts receivable collections, and analyzing customer credit accounts. This role resolves disputed balances within assigned authority levels, maintains accurate credit records, and supports order processing within defined credit parameters.
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of related credit, collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience is required.
