Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure Reporting Excellence & Process Adherence: Guarantee the completion of accurate and timely reports, ensuring all processes and activities align with established timeframes and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide Comprehensive CI Cyber Support: Offer written and technical analysis to support teammates in completing forensic reports, CI Cyber inquiries, and all recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual CI Cyber Threat reports, contributing to a deeper understanding of specific threats.
  • Conduct Threat Detection and Analysis: Detect anomalous network activity through data analysis, evaluate intrusion detection systems, incident tickets, event and log analysis, and security change tracking. Perform thorough threat analysis, generate forecasts and alerts, and recommend effective countermeasures.
  • Investigate Malicious Code and Mitigate Risks: Investigate instances of malicious code to determine attack vectors, payloads, origins, and the extent of damage or data exfiltration. Identify risks to computer systems and propose corrective actions or software recommendations to mitigate malware intrusions.
  • Develop Requirements and Document Best Practices: Identify, analyze, define, and coordinate user, customer, and stakeholder needs, translating them into technical requirements. Document best practices, lessons learned, processes, and procedures for quality assurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years Network Analysis experience.
  • Identify, decipher, and understand network artifacts.
  • Possess or obtain certification to comply with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance (IA) requirements within one calendar year of assignment. Shall possess or obtain and maintain IA III certification.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline.

Specific Areas of Responsibility: Perform NDE on ASME Section III, Section VIII Vessels and nuclear power plant components. Perform specific inspections and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and to record results. Perform NDE Examinations in conjunction with receipt and in-process inspections on material purchased for use in fabrication. Familiar with the tools and equipment and shall have demonstrated proficiency in their use. Capable of determining the calibration status of inspection and measuring equipment is in proper condition for use, and that inspection, examination and test procedures are approved. Capable of assisting production in the set-up of material and/or components for receipt inspection, as required.

Minimum Technical Requirements:

  • Must demonstrate the ability to read the equivalent of the size and letters of the Jaeger I chart at a minimum distance of 12 inches and distinguish and differentiate the contrasts between colors illustrated on an Ishihara Test Chart.
  • Inspection personnel performing work on elevated surfaces shall be capable of wearing the required fall protection equipment.
  • Inspection personnel shall be physically capable of crawling in and out of small manways, climb inside vessels, towers, heaters, or other confined spaces for inspection activities, often wearing Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) as required to comply with safety regulations. Any fear of closeness (claustrophobia) should be identified.
  • Inspection personnel shall be able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Will work in various areas of the plant location. Dependent upon the area, environmental conditions can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet and noisy.
  • May work alone with minimal supervision or with other personnel.
  • Inspection personnel shall possess fundamental written and verbal communication skills.
  • Inspection personnel shall be fluent (written and verbal) in the English language.
  • Computer skills to include MS Office applications.

Desirable Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with at least three years of inspection related experience. Two years of inspection related experience with a completion of 2 years of college in technical or engineering related discipline from a university, college, or technical school. One year of inspection related experience with a degree in engineering or science from a university or accredited college. Qualified and certified to ASNT-TC-1A in two or more of the following NDT Methods that will be utilized: Visual Examination (VT). Certified Level II Visual Examination (VT). Experience in working with the following codes/standards: ASME, AWS, ISO and other standards are desired. We are seeking to add a senior member to Capital Markets Broker Dealer Finance team, specifically SVP in Broker- Dealer Regulatory Reporting with series 27 license.  The candidate will be part of an 8 person Capital Markets Broker-Dealer Finance team with a leadership role in monitoring regulatory capital calculations and meeting all broker-dealer regulatory filing requirements (3 directs).  Broker-dealer has approx $10 billion balance sheet, with predominately US fixed income trading and underwriting activities. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for oversight of preparation of daily net capital requirements reports and weekly customer reserve reporting for a full-service securities trading broker dealer (15c3-1 and 15c3-3 reports)
  • Responsible for the oversight and preparation of the monthly and quarterly FOCUS Report 15c3-1, and other regulatory filing requirements
  • Review and Preparation of the FOCUS supplemental regulatory reports.
  • Review and Preparation of operational charges and securities haircuts.
  • Review and Preparation of the daily 4210 capital charge
  • Review and Preparation of the SIPC Report
  • Work in tandem with Capital Markets Finance Director in the performance and management of the financial close process and issuance of audited financial statements. Activities may include:

  • Addressing external regulatory data requests
  • Review and approval of journal entries and/or reconciliations completed by less experienced professionals

Primary Purpose of Position

Responsible for directing the Radiation Protection Technicians in implementing decontamination, instrumentation, planning and scheduling, procedures, training, radiation exposure control, and rad waste programs in support of Operation and Maintenance activities in the plant. As a Senior Engineering Technician Level V, you will:

Technical Support:

  • Research technical requirements, availability, and alternatives for spare parts and assemblies for ship systems and equipment; provide actionable information to end users.
  • Deliver updates and revisions to technical documentation concerning installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of ship systems and equipment.
  • Support updates related to Engineering Operational Sequencing System (EOSS), Technical Manuals, and Planned Maintenance System (PMS).

Crew Coordination:

  • Assist in crew familiarization processes including, but not limited to: preparation for AEGIS Light Off (ALO), Main Engine Light Off (MELO), Ship Trials, Counterpart Services, Crew Move Aboard (CMA), Damage Control Material Assessment (DCMA), Light Off Assessment (LOA), and Crew Certification Phases 1 and 2.
  • Integrated Logistics Support:

Lifecycle Services:

  • Support full life-cycle activities for DDG 51 Class ships, focusing on Flight III specific systems.
  • Additional Duties:

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a high school, trade, industrial, or correspondence school with credits in algebra, plane geometry, trigonometry, and physics.
