We are currently seeking an Enterprise Architect / Solution Executiveto join our Client Growth team. This role will primarily focus on large deals ($50M+). This role will work remotely from your home office located within the US with travel required to meet with clients as necessary.

The Enterprise Architect (a.k.a. Solution Executive) supports our most complex, strategic, transformational multi-million-dollar pursuits. You think big, out of the box and help shape multi-tower solutions by engaging early and bringing the power of one-NTT to our clients to help transform, reimagine and reinvent client’s businesses leveraging technology and our services. You have breadth of skills across functional and technical domains, and they must have deep skills in digital transformation leveraging Cloud, Data and AI. You are the single threaded leader of the solution on a pursuit. You contribute to the win strategy, create the solution strategy, lead and orchestrate the solution design and construction across NTT DATA. You build trusted advisor relationships with the technology CxO and are the technical sponsor/spokesperson of the solution.

You collaborate with delivery practitioners and subject matter experts from different business units and domains across NTT to provide customers with seamless technology modernization and transformation solutions.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Engage early with our customers technology and business leaders to build relationships and gather a deep understanding of the customer’s environment and current enterprise challenges.
  • Participate and lead in-person and virtual solution design workshops with customers and internal teams.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the enterprise architecture domain and leverage them to create innovative and competitive solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or consulting roles, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (i.e. 4 additional years of work experience).

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven record of accomplishment of designing and delivering complex and cross-domain solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in various technology domains, such as cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, applications, etc.

Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing & Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Domain Architect with deep expertise across product lifecycle, plant operations, demand/supply planning, commercialization, and distribution. In this role, you will design end-to-end AI-native process architectures that modernize CPG and manufacturing environments into intelligent, autonomous, agent-driven ecosystems. You will collaborate with client executives, operations leaders, engineers, and product teams to map complex operational landscapes and shape the future-state blueprint.


Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & CPG Domain Architecture
  • Lead architecture across end-to-end CPG value streams, including:
    • Demand forecasting & planning
    • Supply planning & S&OP/IBP cycles
    • Procurement & supplier orchestration
    • Manufacturing operations (process & discrete)
    • Packaging, labeling, and compliance
    • Quality management & defect analytics
    • Warehouse, distribution, and transportation
    • Trade promotion management (TPM) & retail execution
  • Design AI-native workflows for CPG‑specific needs such as:
    • SKU proliferation & portfolio complexity
    • Short shelf-life inventory and freshness optimization
    • Batch/lot traceability and recall readiness
    • Raw material constraints and commodity volatility
    • Seasonal demand swings and promotional elasticity
  • Translate industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements into scalable data-driven and agent-driven architecture.
AI-Native BPS / BPaaS Design
  • Architect modular, agentic platforms to automate planning, production, logistics, and quality workflows.
  • Collaborate with ontology, ML, and engineering teams to define CPG ontologies, master data structures, and event-driven operational models.
  • Build reusable domain accelerators for CPG manufacturers that reduce implementation time and improve scalability.
Client Engagement & Delivery
  • Drive deep discovery with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations leaders to assess current-state maturity.
  • Present architecture recommendations, business cases, and AI‑native transformation roadmaps to COOs, Chief Supply Chain Officers, Heads of Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial Operations.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through adoption of AI-powered process modernization and autonomous operations.
Strategic Roadmapping
  • Build transformation roadmaps aligned to industry priorities such as:
    • Smart manufacturing & Industry 4.0/5.0
    • Resilient supply chains
    • Sustainability and waste reduction
    • Data harmonization and process interoperability
  • Develop multi-year strategies connecting operational KPIs—forecast accuracy, fill rate, OTIF, yield, waste, OEE—to automation and agent orchestration journeys.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years in Manufacturing or CPG, with strong domain architecture or process transformation experience.
  • Deep understanding of operations in CPG: production, materials, planning, commercialization, quality, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
  • Experience designing target operating models, data architectures, or modernization strategies within CPG or industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing, supply chain technologies, Industry 4.0 capabilities, and BPaaS or automation-driven service models.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, intelligent planning, digital twins, LLM-based orchestration, and decision automation (even if not hands-on).
  • Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills, especially with operational and supply chain leaders.
  • Ability to work with engineering, product, data science, and operations teams to translate domain needs into technical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with leading CPG/manufacturing platforms: SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM/ERP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Infor, Kinaxis, o9, Siemens, Dassault, PTC.

Job Summary: Leidos is seeking an experienced, results oriented Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Architect or Systems Engineer to join our team in the Bethesda, Maryland area. You will play a critical role in documenting and shaping our client’s IT enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision of driving interoperability across organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
  • BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., UAF, TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF).

The Opportunity

This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL location within the CHR Corporate Human Resources Division.

The Workday Architect will be a member of the Abbott HRTS group supporting US Payroll. Payroll Architect will lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Workday Payroll. This role will own end-to-end payroll architecture, ensuring scalable configuration, robust integrations, audit-ready compliance, and a frictionless employee experience across pay cycles. You will be the technical thought leader driving payroll modernization, operational reliability, and strategic roadmap delivery.

What You’ll Work On

  • Lead HRTS Projects, providing expertise to associate architects and ensuring projects are delivered on time and are documented appropriately.
  • Own the Workday Payroll architecture across configuration, integrations, reporting, security, and data governance.
  • Design scalable solutions for gross-to-net processing, taxation, garnishments, pretax/post-tax deductions, retro and off-cycle payrolls, bonus/commission, and year-end activities.
  • Work with Sr. Architects to identify innovative opportunities to enhance our customers’ experience.
  • Serve as a primary resource for associate architects and other functional leads to review proof of concept and/or new ways to deliver system data.
  • Architects have a responsibility to ensure cross-HRTS alignment on priority initiatives.
  • Architects work with the clients within their vertical or across verticals.   They are responsible for helping to define the scope of projects and managing the timelines for any project their team is associated with. They gather requirements and make recommendations to meet our client’s needs within the parameters of our systems.
  • Architects document processes and seek approvals to have them routed for signature.
  • Architects may have Associate Architects and contract workers who will report to them within their vertical. They may work on independent projects; however, the Architect will be responsible for ensuring that their team is working within the guidelines of the project.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Business Administration or in a highly related field of study
  • 7-10 years of experience in Technology required.
  • 4 or more years of Workday experience required.
  • HR Information System background and cloud-based HR systems background preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday modules – US Payroll required.
  • Experience with Workday modules – time tracking and Absence is preferred
  • Workday certification/training for US Payroll is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll tax, multi-state compliance, garnishments, benefit taxation, and year-end processing.
  • Experience with payroll accounting and reconciliation with Finance/GL.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 – $198,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
