Job Description:

The Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) will be responsible for supporting the development,

integration, test, and verification of a variety of new and/or modified systems for a

missionized Gulfstream G550 platform. The LSE will require working knowledge of

encrypted communications, flight deck missionization, Emissions Control (EMCON), and

Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). The LSE will be responsible for requirements

development and management, technical risk identification, system design, system

Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V), civil and military certification, and

liaison troubleshooting and sustainment efforts.

The LSE will support large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the

organization with minimal oversight or direction on and off-site. They will Communicate

with internal leadership, external subcontractors and customer teams to explain and

influence changes to practices, processes and approaches. The LSE will provide input

into new products/processes and implements operational plans that have measurable

impact on business or functional results.

Essential Functions:

  • Developing aircraft system requirements: Concept of Operations (ConOps), system specifications, component specifications, and system schematics.
  • Performing verification and validation such as: creating test plans, creating test procedures, physically operating the system to perform ground and flight testing, writing certification reports.
  • Supporting technical publications by providing source data and reviewing publications such as: system operating manuals, maintenance manuals, instructions for continued airworthiness.
  • Supporting periodic travel for Technical Interchange Meetings, Program Reviews, Testing, and Aircraft Field Support.
  • Significant experience with some or all of the following: encrypted communications, flight deck missionization, Emissions Control (EMCON), and Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT).
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal, written, slide presentations).
  • Proficient technical writing skills (specifications, procedures, reports).
  • Performing hands-on testing and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical and mechanical systems; requires climbing and crawling on the aircraft in confined areas to perform job duties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.

  • An active DoD Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Demonstrated experience in program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.

Job Summary: The Director of Site Imaging Services reports to a member of the Facility Senior Leadership Team and provides operational management for all Medical Imaging modalities at the facility and any Outpatient Imaging Centers associated with the main facility.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Financial Accountability/Leadership
  • Holds leaders accountable for knowing what variances are occurring in their operational areas of oversight based on budgeted projections versus actual numbers.

Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager leads the administrative team in supporting our HVAC and refrigeration Technicians in the field.   • The research manager will oversee clinical research operations and assume significant HR responsibilities, including hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and managing research staff. May be required to assist research staff and investigators when staff coverage is needed. This may include data collection and data management.
  • Will assist the senior manager in facilitating communication and work operations with non-senior staff.
  • This position helps orient new surgeons to the research procedures and requirements at Endeavor Health and assists with the surgeons strategic planning of their research program.
  • This position also handles the financial reporting, tracking and transfers of all surgery research accounts and special purpose funds.
  • The position?s responsibilities to the Senior Manager involve tracking all research related projects including databases and revenues. Will modify budgets and oversee continued growth of studies, research program, and funding.

What you will need:

  • Education : Bachelor’s in the health field. Master’s or doctorate preferred.
  • Certification: An individual with a CCRP, ACRP, or related certification is preferred.
  • Experience needed : Background in surgery or surgery research preferred. Five plus years of experience in IRB preparation, grant writing, and publication preparation Drafting and managing sponsored budgets and grant budgets, federal and non-federal. One to two years of supervisory experience is strongly preferred
  • Skills Required :
    • Broad knowledge of the clinical trial process
    • Ability to manage projects and collaborate with physician leadership and cross-departmental leadership
    • Must be detail-oriented and an excellent oral and written communicator
    • Excellent computer and database literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms, Outlook, and equipment as necessary to carry out study protocols, device protocols

ATI is hiring a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level III - Responsible Party for our Millersburg, OR facility in the Quality Department . This is an onsite position. Relocation assistance is provided.

A successful NDT Level III provides oversight of NDT programs by managing training, certification, and auditing; supporting daily NDT operations; developing and approving testing methods; ensuring compliance with customer, industry, and government standards; leading UT certification efforts; and supporting the calibration and upkeep of NDT equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer the training, examination, and certification programs NDT Level I and Level II inspectors, Trainees, and Level III at facilities in Oregon and Alabama.
  • Provide technical support and performance monitoring for the day-to-day operations of NDT personnel inspecting mill shapes and final components.
  • Develop, qualify, and approve test method procedures and techniques for NDT.
  • Ensure compliance of testing activities with Customer, Industry, and Government specifications and standards.
  • Document NDT processes with the expectation of performing continuous improvement of those processes and associated testing systems.
  • Perform internal and external auditing requirements.
  • Support calibration and maintenance of NDT instrumentation.

Basic Requirements:

We are seeking a Senior Ocean Systems Engineer for the Ocean Systems and Engineering Group. In this role, you will support advancement of our nation’s next generation of maritime prototype systems from concept development to installation to testing. You will work with a team from government, industry, and academia to develop performance specifications, lead technical studies, and develop systems engineering products for emerging maritime programs, to include autonomous undersea vehicles (AUVs). This role will include the opportunity to direct test and evaluation (T&E), as well as engagement with AUV developers and operators. As a member of our team, you will build on APL’s legacy of scientific research and development and trusted service to the nation.

As a Senior Ocean Systems Engineer, you will…

  • Apply innovative thinking to the detailed development, integration, and evaluation of technical solutions for maritime payloads, autonomous vehicles, acoustic systems, communications systems, and vehicle autonomy.
  • Perform technical and/or project leadership for small- to medium-sized technical tasks that may involve both hardware and software.
  • Develop, integrate, and test early prototype Research and Development (R&D) systems.
  • Generate systems engineering products such as performance specifications, concepts of operation, and system architecture/engineering plans.
  • Support small focused studies involving adaptation of technology to urgent or emerging problems.
  • Collaborate with multiple DoD system partners to evaluate current strategies, risks, and opportunities to develop and implement T&E strategies that refine/improve their programs and missions.
  • Collaborate with AUV operators to develop operation and maintenance processes to support the full system life cycle (requiring 10% travel to partner organization).
