RTX BBN Technologies is seeking a QA Lead to drive quality strategy for a web-based application we are developing for a DoW customer.
This application has a video game-inspired interface for strategy/resource management, with some underlying AI elements and highly dynamic system components. We are looking for a QA leader who will define how quality is built in, tested, automated, and sustained across a modern microservices-based architecture deployed in Docker and Kubernetes environments on DoW-owned systems.
This role is about ownership and direction - not just execution. You will not be starting from zero (we are well into development), but we are looking for a test professional to level up our QA game and also mentor a small QA team.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
