Team Description:

The Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) team is at the center of bringing our vision for AI at Capital One to life. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that change how our associates work and how our customers interact with Capital One.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, large language model inference, similarity search, guardrails, model evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability, etc.
  • Leverage a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch, and more.
  • Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve the performance - scalability, cost, latency, throughput - of large scale production AI systems.
  • Contribute to the technical vision and the long term roadmap of foundational AI systems at Capital One.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus at least 4 years of experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus at least 2 years of experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies
  • At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent private cloud)
  • Experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI services
  • Experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies (e.g. LLM Inference, Similarity Search and VectorDBs, Guardrails, Memory) using Python, C++, C#, Java, or Golang
  • Experience developing and applying state-of-the-art techniques for optimizing training and inference software to improve hardware utilization, latency, throughput, and cost
  • Passion for staying abreast of the latest AI research and AI systems, and judiciously apply novel techniques in production

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for an experienced frontend/full-stack engineer to shape the future of our web app architecture and infrastructure. Lattice for Maritime is only a couple years old and has a lot of exciting capabilities to build over the coming years! You will lead us in continuously evolving our architecture and best practices to ensure your teammates can continue to build performant and reliable features efficiently. This role requires a solid foundation in web technologies, managing large React codebases, optimizing runtime and build performance, and optimizing communication with the backend.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and implement architectural patterns, tools, and best practices for building components, pages, services, and apps

  • Support and mentor fellow engineers on engineering best practices, and on how to best use our tools

RTX BBN Technologies is seeking a QA Lead to drive quality strategy for a web-based application we are developing for a DoW customer.

This application has a video game-inspired interface for strategy/resource management, with some underlying AI elements and highly dynamic system components. We are looking for a QA leader who will define how quality is built in, tested, automated, and sustained across a modern microservices-based architecture deployed in Docker and Kubernetes environments on DoW-owned systems.

This role is about ownership and direction - not just execution. You will not be starting from zero (we are well into development), but we are looking for a test professional to level up our QA game and also mentor a small QA team.

This position is a hybrid working situation at our Cambridge, MA or our Rome, NY office

What You Will Do:

  • Define and lead the overall QA strategy for a complex, interactive web application.
  • Make decisions about testing frameworks, automation strategy, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Determine the appropriate balance of automated, exploratory, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Establish strong configuration management and release validation practices across services and environments.
  • Ensure quality across a microservices architecture deployed via Docker and Kubernetes.

We are seeking a hardcore Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Engineer to own the execution and reality-check of our true System of Systems (SoS) architecture. If our “Left-Side” Systems Engineers are the architects, you are the Chief Engineer of Reality. You own the entire Systems V for a given problem set, but your anchor is firmly planted on the “Right Side.” You are not a compliance checker, a QA tester, or someone who lives entirely in spreadsheets or JAMA. You are the forcing function that brings disjointed software, hardware, and autonomy subsystems together into a singular, field-ready, system of systems capability.

Your mission is to build a “steel thread” for any given capability, the fastest path to getting a baseline, end-to-end system working in the real world, ensure it is validated for the customer’s use case, and then relentlessly iterate to make it robust. You will partner tightly with TPMs, Software Engineers (SWEs), and “Left-Side” SEs to take paper architectures and smash them into rigorous mathematical and physical reality. When the software team blames the hardware team, you are the one who steps into the SITL/HITL lab or the field, parses the logs, puts a scope on the wire, diagnoses the root cause, and drives the solution. If you thrive in high-velocity, hardware-rich environments where the ultimate metric is “execution,” this is the job for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the hands-on integration of complex, heterogenous hardware (legacy platforms, 3rd-party sensors, and internal products) and software. Prove the baseline end-to-end data flow first, then scale the complexity.
  • You are the ultimate technical authority for Verification, Validation (V&V), and fielding. You will translate Systems Readiness Reviews (SRRs) into Systems Requirements Documents (SRDs) and SRDs into aggressive, real-world campaigns.
  • Take Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and prove them on the bench and in the water. When a third-party “black box” doesn’t play nice with our network, you are the primary investigator debugging the physical, electrical, and data boundaries.
  • Act as the lead anomaly hunter. Conduct multidisciplinary triage across mechanical, electrical, software, and network domains during integration and field testing.

What you will do

Market Development Leadership: Own and expand Stack Forging Thermal Solution’s presence in direct liquid cooling across hyperscalers, chip/semiconductor companies, and server OEMs. Focus on large-scale AI and HPC deployments.

Strategic Account Growth: Build and lead executive relationships. Position Stack Forging Thermal Solutions as a primary thermal partner for next-generation platforms, including CPUs, GPUs, other ASICs, and peripheral systems.

Job Details

As a Renovations Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from planning through completion, ensuring each job is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage subcontractors, coordinate with clients, and lead project execution with a focus on communication, efficiency, and client satisfaction. (Project sizes are $100k-$10M+

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee renovation projects from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract management.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality requirements.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with renovation or tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consulting Accounts Payable Specialist to join our vibrant team in the Healthcare industry.   • Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts, and corporate procedures.
  • Exceptional data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
