Our client, a pioneering leader at the forefront of AI research and advanced system deployment, is looking for qualified Senior Software Engineers to assist in a one-time project to assist with their LLM training.

Selected candidates will be asked to complete an AI interview, followed by a coding exercise.

Candidates who successfully pass the AI interview will be paid $200.

Candidates who then pass the coding exercise will receive an additional $100.

The total compensation for passing both the AI interview and coding exercise is $300. Candidates must pass in order to receive payment.

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SPECIFIC COMPANIES (LISTED BELOW) AND A DEGREE FROM SPECIFIC UNIVERSITIES (LISTED BELOW).

**What You’ll Do:*\ * Complete 1 AI interview and 1 coding exercise. Total time spent is expected to be ~1 hour. 
* Evaluate and improve large language models by creating essential training datasets.
* Curate diverse code examples and provide precise solutions across multiple programming languages.
* Refine AI-generated code to ensure optimal efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and researchers to enhance enterprise-level AI-driven coding solutions.
* Develop sophisticated agents capable of verifying code quality and identifying complex error patterns.
* Hypothesize on critical steps within the software engineering lifecycle, from prototyping and architecture design to production implementation and operational maintenance, to evaluate model capabilities.
* Design and implement robust verification mechanisms that automatically validate solutions to complex software engineering tasks.

**Must-Have Qualifications:*\ * Candidates must be based in the United States
* 5+ years of software engineering experience.
* Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
* Demonstrated experience in application development and deploying scalable, production-grade software.
* Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality assessment.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of providing clear and structured evaluation rationales.

As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at NetApp, you will be the voice of the customer, a strategic storyteller, and a go-to-market orchestrator. Key Responsibilities Messaging & Positioning: Own the end-to-end messaging stack: platform solutions products buyer personas. Develop differentiated positioning and value propositions anchored in customer outcomes. Craft compelling messaging that translates technology into customer outcomes. Market Insights: Conduct TAM/SAM analysis, buyer research, and competitive benchmarking. Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches, develop enablement assets (playbooks, demos, talk tracks), and ensure predictable, measurable outcomes. Build integrated marketing and launch plans, including budget considerations. Sales Enablement: Develop tailored content to empower sellers and partners. Pricing & Packaging: Performance Measurement: Track launch success, pipeline impact, and adoption metrics to optimize GTM strategies. Measure effectiveness of messaging and content and optimize based on KPIs and feedback loops. Job Requirements At least 8 years of experience in a product marketing role within an enterprise technology or cloud solutions company. Deep understanding of buyer personas, customer journeys, and competitive landscapes. Education Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience in addition to a Bachelor's degree in a related technical or marketing field. Additional experience above the stated minimum requirements may be considered in place of a Bachelor's degree.
