The Homeland Security Airports, Borders and Security Division at Leidos currently has an opening for a Systems Administrator. This position will be responsible for technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding. This position develops technical solutions – evaluating cost, risk, and supportability – that require collaboration with internal experts and deep analyses and understanding of impact on end-product/solution. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance. IMPACT: Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. Responsible for entire projects or processes within a technical area.
The Systems Administrator will provide support for the management, operations, and maintenance of the SASS server, network, and database environments.
Provides continuous assurance of the successful day-to-day operation and viability of the SASS server and network environment according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitors and coordinates synchronization between production and failover SASS environments (may require occasional travel).
Prepares and documents procedures for day-to-day operations and ensures that they are carried out.
Manages maintenance of the infrastructure, including application of critical and recommended patches and upgrades.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
The Information Assurance (IA) Engineer will provide Risk Management Framework (RMF) engineering and cybersecurity support for the USAF Cloud One (C1) enterprise cloud environment supporting AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP at DoD Impact Levels (IL) 2–6. The position directly supports ISSO/ISSM functions, ATO sustainment, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity compliance activities in accordance with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01 (RMF), AFI 17-101 (RMF), DoD Cloud Computing SRG, and NIST SP 800-53
This role will work closely with Government ISSOs, ISSMs, Authorizing Officials (AOs), Cybersecurity Service Providers (CSSPs), and Cloud One engineering teams to ensure continued ATO compliance, security posture improvement, and rapid remediation of vulnerabilities within the C1 environment.

The Sales Engineer II (Cox Business) consults with and supports the sales team, providing pre-sales support for managed services solutions in a cloud-hosting environment. Cox Business provides Connectivity, Managed Services, Cloud Services, and Connected Community solutions to prospective and existing customers. As a Sales Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing advanced product knowledge during the consultative solution-selling process by identifying and understanding the customers’ needs and proposing appropriate solutions. Additional responsibilities include leading technical aspects of solution implementations with other sales team members, communicating with Network Operations/Commercial Engineering on said implementations, and advising Product Management teams on new product opportunities.
The Sales Engineer II will partner with the sales makers to develop and maintain consultative, long-term relationships with our customers. These relationships will be at multiple levels within each organization to address current and future business needs with Cox Business technology solutions. Meeting with customers to review their accounts, maintain in-depth knowledge of their business, and advise them on all aspects of evolving technologies that could address their business problems will also be key responsibilities of this position. The Sales Engineer II will coach and guide the Sales Engineer I for upskilling and advanced product knowledge.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $94,200.00 - $141,400.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $31,800.00.
