Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as KVM and QEMU will be essential, as will familiarity with software development practices in GitLab. Understanding ARM, PowerPC, or x86 microprocessor architectures, along with common avionics data buses and interfaces, will further enhance your ability to deliver effective emulation solutions. Familiarity with Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and hardware description languages (HDL) will also be beneficial in this role.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $127,310.00 - $243,340.00.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
