About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product Experimentation and Machine Learning, also known as a Staff Data Scientist, to take on a pivotal role in the technical and strategic ownership of the product experimentation and evaluation stack. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, running, and scaling machine-learning-driven experiments with the goal of enhancing various aspects of the platform, including ordering accuracy, automation quality, conversion, reliability, and merchant success. This role demands a blend of strategic and hands-on work, with a focus on turning ideas into controlled experiments, building predictive models, and translating results into product and roadmap decisions. The Head will also be expected to lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring the highest standards of experimentation, modeling, and evaluation are maintained across the organization. Applicants must have 8-12+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied experimentation, with a proven track record in product experimentation and A/B testing. A strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and causal inference is essential, as is experience in building and evaluating predictive models in production environments. The role requires excellent coding skills in Python (or similar), strong SQL, and the ability to connect technical findings to product and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience with experiment platforms, deploying ML models into high-volume systems, and working with NLP, LLMs, or automation systems. The Head will be instrumental in driving experimentation at scale, balancing speed, rigor, and business impact in a fast-moving environment.

Senior Systems Engineer, Data Management

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, helping to define the overall Dell Technologies solution for our customers using the full range of company products and services. You will:

Technical Skills

· Ability to design and explain analytics solutions end-to-end: from raw data to dashboards and predictive models.
· Working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik) and how to connect, model, and optimize for self-service analytics.

Compensation

Southern California Base Salary Range: $201,683-$322,693
