We are seeking a Staff BSW SoC Core Engineer – Middleware to lead the design, development, and integration of middleware stacks on high-performance computing (HPC) platforms running QNX and Linux OS. These HPC platforms power applications across ADAS, Body, Cockpit, and Connectivity domains, making this role central to enabling efficient inter-process communication, configuring and optimizing basic software (BSW) components, and ensuring seamless interaction between system services and application layers in safety-critical automotive environments.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including in-house engineering groups and external vendors — to deliver scalable, reliable, real-time middleware solutions aligned with automotive standards and best practices. Core responsibilities span system configuration management, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and compliance with functional safety and cybersecurity frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop middleware services and frameworks for QNX and Linux-based HPC platforms supporting ADAS, Body, Cockpit, and Connectivity domains
- Drive integration of Adaptive AUTOSAR middleware components and service-oriented architectures
- Implement and optimize inter-process communication (IPC) mechanisms for performance and scalability
- Lead middleware bring-up, configuration, and deployment across multiple SoC variants
- Analyze and optimize CPU, memory, and latency performance across middleware layers
- Troubleshoot complex system issues across OS, middleware, and application boundaries
- Define and maintain middleware architecture guidelines, best practices, and reusable components
- Collaborate with OS, Hypervisor, and application teams for end-to-end system integration
- Support system validation, debugging, and production readiness activities
- Ensure compliance with automotive processes, safety, and cybersecurity standards

Position Overview:
The Body Closures Development Lead is responsible for leading the design, development and validation of front-end closure systems including hoods, fenders and hinges. This role ensures that closure systems and standards meet performance, durability, safety, manufacturing, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development lifecycle.
The Development Lead Engineer coordinates cross-functional teams across design, CAE, manufacturing, supplier engineering, purchasing, and program management to deliver production-ready closure systems for new vehicle programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineers for development of body closure systems from concept through production launch
- Own closure system performance targets including fit & finish, sealing, stiffness, NVH, durability, ergonomics, and safety
- Manage technical deliverables aligned with vehicle program timing and milestones
- Lead cross-functional design reviews, best practice alignment and conformance and engineering sign-offs
Engineering Development:
- Lead engineers to develop and release closure system components including:
- Hood assemblies
- Hinges
- Struts / props
- Fenders and brackets
- System level interfaces and functions
- Ensure compliance with vehicle packaging, crash safety, and regulatory requirements
- Drive robust design solutions balancing mass, cost, manufacturability, and performance
Supplier & Manufacturing Collaboration:
- Lead technical collaboration with tier-1 suppliers and tooling vendors
- Support design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) activities
- Work with manufacturing teams on stamping feasibility, hemming processes, assembly strategy, and tolerance stack-ups
- Support tooling kick-off, best practice and production readiness reviews
Validation & Testing:
- Define and support validation plans, durability testing, slam testing, corrosion testing
- Environmental sealing validation
- Structural and stiffness validation
- Work with CAE teams to ensure simulation results meet program targets
Launch Support:
- Support prototype builds and pre-production builds
- Resolve engineering issues identified during DV/PV testing and manufacturing trials
- Provide engineering support during vehicle launch activities

The Government Fleet Regional Sales Manager (GOV) is a revenue-generating sales position responsible for the direct sales of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram vehicles to dealers and government entities, maximizing sales and revenue with existing government customers while developing new business with prospective accounts. The Government Fleet Regional Sales Manager (GOV) develops and implements sales strategies to support the established targets in his/her region. Responsibilities include maintaining and building volume with existing government customers, developing strategies to conquest new accounts, implementing and maintaining consistent prospecting methods, developing strategies to overcome customer objections and provide solutions, providing customer support to reduce order to delivery, supporting customers with cost control reduction (TCO) initiatives and providing customers with accurate and timely updates on Stellantis programs including: ordering/production schedules, incentives, Service Net, etc. The Government Fleet Regional Sales Manager (GOV) will work closely with dealers to obtain dealership commitments, demonstrate government sales opportunities and revenue streams (in all departments), and act as a liaison to support dealers and government customers. They will manage and provide consultation on the dealership's inventory and will train and support the dealership’s government fleet account department so the dealership can support small, medium and larger sized fleet customers. In addition, the Government Fleet Regional Sales Manager (GOV) is responsible for developing effective local events to promote product awareness and sales, providing accurate monthly forecasts of production requirements, supporting local government sales initiatives, and promoting dealership fiscal responsibility. The candidate will regularly hold dealer meetings within the region of responsibility and ensure government fleet sales are reported correctly by performing audits and making corrections where appropriate. This position requires the development of strong working relationships with government fleet management representatives, upfitters, and dealerships supporting local government events and organizations, providing input on future product content and process changes to maximize competitiveness and managing multiple priorities and aggressive timelines.
