Summary: Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and managing Maintenance, Repair and Operations supplies and services to keep company’s facilities and equipment running efficiently.

Duties:

• Procurement and sourcing - identify and source necessary MRO items like tools, spare parts, supplies, services; and develop strategies to find competitive pricing.

This full-time position will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and success of our business. • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
